1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders will be shipped out and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States.

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as holidays or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may also track your order through your account dashboard or the tracking link provided.


4. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Jasenya is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@jasenya.shop.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Jasenya is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist with a claim.


6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
