At Jasenya, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags are still attached
  • The item is in its original packaging

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order items

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please:

Email our support team at support@jasenya.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions, including a return shipping address.

Carefully package the item(s) and include your name and order number inside the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (standard or express) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either with a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order will already be in processing or shipping, and we will be unable to cancel it.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take additional time before your refund is posted.
